I highly recommend this restaurant for delicious fresh food, awesome drinks excellent service and perfect ambiance. Everything on the menu is unique and tastefully put together. The presentation shows the quality of what is offered here not to mention the owners are welcoming and kind and work hard to maintain the atmosphere. Kevin started his cooking career in Rockland County at 15 years old working in local diners. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Kevin went on to work at restaurants such as Union Square Café and Zoe, China Grill and The Water Club. The NY Times, Westchester Magazine, Zagat and other publications have lauded his work.
Chef Reilly and his partner, Maria Santini, have owned Roost in Sparkill since 2013. Known for its bold forward flavors, yet soothing dishes, Roost’s casual and welcoming setting is a “go to” spot for locals and visitors to the area.
